We love our clients and want to make sure everyone feels at home in our studio. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. We do not allow children in the studio at any time to maintain peaceful enjoyment for all clients. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy before paying a fee of $25 and anything less than 24 hours notice, client will be charged half the cost of the missed appointment. If you're running behind, we have a 10 minute courtesy window, after that the appointment will be considered a no show and will need to be rescheduled.
