POLICIES

We love our clients and want to make sure everyone feels at home in our studio. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch with us before booking an appointment.

We do not allow children in the studio at any time to maintain peaceful enjoyment for all clients. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy before paying a fee of $25 and anything less than 24 hours notice, client will be charged half the cost of the missed appointment. If you're running behind, we have a 10 minute courtesy window, after that the appointment will be considered a no show and will need to be rescheduled. We respect your time, please respect ours and our others clients.
